ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER MENGGUNAKAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemilihan supplier bahan baku kayu pada CV Fifa Pratama Mebel dengan menggunakan pendekatan AHP. Hasil pengolahan data metode AHP dapat diperoleh lima kriteria tingkat kepentingan secara berurutan yaitu harga menjadi prioritas pertama dalam Supplier bobot nilai (0,395), kemudian berikutnya kualitas (0,267), ketiga pengiriman mempunyai (0,144), dan yang keempat pelayanan (0,098) terakhir ketetapan jumlah (0,097). Kemudian pula bahwa direkomendasikan untuk diprioritaskan memperhatikan kriteria-kriteria diatas adalah terpilih A (0,351) urutan kedua C (0,346) B (0,306).
